MISSION
Led US wholesale development for CD Network's Designer Womens Portfolio, managing a team overseeing European brands. Consulted directly with Francesco Russo team in Paris on business strategy, competitive pricing strategy, global buying trends, merchandise plans, key partners and sales forecasts to grow global market share at a sustainable pace with a quiet and “sought after” distribution strategy in line with brand objectives.
Facilitated the development of sales relationships with not limited to: Bergdorf Goodman, Jeffrey, Just One Eye, The Kingdom, Hampden Clothing, Tootsies, Nordstrom, Holt Renfrew and Intermix. Conducted in-store product knowledge clinics for US clients and ensured adequate visual representation on the selling floor.
Grew sales from SS17 to SS18 by 49% via new client acquisition adding retailers such as Tootsies and Hampden Clothing. Developed exclusive one of a kind styles with brand leadership for the US market specifically - lower heel heights 70mm. Maintained optimal positioning on the Bergdorf Goodman selling floor with BG team and curated relationships with associates driving an increase in sales.
Managed the relationship with the Nordstrom buying and marketing team. Facilitated the personal appearance with Francesco and the “Patina Service” customization event at Nordstrom in Chicago garnering a new customer base and a launching platform for the brand in the US.
