MISSION
Responsible for overseeing global sales distribution and strategy for the brand. The role involved planning, directing, and implementing cross-departmental commercial objectives to enhance efficiency and boost sales. This encompassed collaboration with logistics, sales, production, factories, finance, and the design team.

Key accomplishments included the successful launch of a new RTW category, the acquisition of Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, and global expansion into non-swimwear Designer RTW doors and independent partnerships cornering and entering a new area of the market. These efforts resulted in an impressive 22% increase in sales from R20 to R22 post/mid-COVID compared to pre-pandemic levels. The role also entailed refining wholesale adjacencies, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and recapturing pre-pandemic clients while ensuring brand consistency. Additionally, management of the 3PL warehouse, optimization of logistics and inventory flow, and oversight of off-price business with major retailers were integral aspects of the project.

Executed the launch and successful opening of the brand's inaugural D2C summer pop-up at Montecito Country Mart in 2021, executed in collaboration with Jim Rosenfeld's team and Studio C. Responsibilities encompassed end-to-end management of pop-up retail operations, covering P&L oversight, sales planning, buying, merchandising, inventory control, sales team management and training, vendor relationship management, VIP client engagement, press with the Mart team, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring building maintenance—all contributing to the successful creation and achievement of sales plans.
