Oversaw US flagship boutiques' daily operations; managing sales teams, and coordinated events for the NYC boutique + showroom, Rodeo Drive + South Coast Plaza locations. Implemented new third-party-logistics strategy for the US wholesale and retail divisions lowering freight costs from France. Successfully expanded US wholesale distribution for RTW, shoes and handbags by 291% over two years and achieved a 105% growth in business during first Spring season. Repositioned the brand in North America through strategic product and pricing initiatives. Initiated brand re-launch in the US with Intermix (all door roll out) and opened Bloomingdales 59th St. shop-in-shop. Collaborated with retailers, opened new accounts, and strategically controlled distribution. Regular travel to Paris facilitated alignment of buying strategies with global trends. The comprehensive approach in both retail and wholesale significantly contributed to the brand's success in the American market.
