MISSION
Managed and executed CO's international and specialty wholesale distribution strategy, overseeing client management and showroom markets for domestic (58) and international (43) specialty accounts. Cultivated a strong global industry network, collaborating extensively with luxury retailers in APAC, Middle East, Canada, and Europe, including Le Bon Marche, Lane Crawford, Joyce, My Boon, and Galeries Lafayette Doha. Successfully managed a network of agents in Japan, Russia, and Europe. Key relationships included A’marees, ByGeorge, Elyse Walker, FWRD, Goop, Hampden Clothing, Weinsteins, Moda Operandi, and The Webster. Achieved an 81% increase in multi-brand and international wholesale business, adding 28 new accounts such as Matches, David Jones, and Lane Crawford. Conducted annual and bi-annual trunk shows with key specialty accounts, developing brand marketing strategies based on sales analysis. Drove in-season sales through innovative incentive plans and managed in-house off price direct-to-consumer channel.
