MISSION

In addition to wholesale management and global sales advice to help increase notoriety in new markets, directly led all aspects of retail operations for the Atelier Notify owned and CD Network operated shop-in-shop at Bergdorf Goodman. Launched shop in Mens store increasing visibilty and sales. Managed team of 5 sales associates and oversaw full scope of shop operation – hiring, merchandise planning, reorders, sales team management and training, analyzing sell through in real time to pivot on inventory flow, interfaced with store visual team and worked closely with DMM and buyer on driving sales through various promotional co-branded initiatives.
